Always remember to backup

It's all too easy to forget to backup ... but even if you have one Word file do you want to retype it??? Recently we had a situation where we had one working drive with al work on it and a backup drive , so the working drive was backed up to the backup drive -- however during a backup of the working drive to the backup the machine doing the backup crashed and neither the working drive nor the backup worked -- fortunately we were able to open it read-only and copy of the data -- but sometimes you need more than one backup.
